【Must】
・工業系大学卒業以上
・英語：ビジネスで使用できるレベル
・製品開発、生産技術の実務経験（5年以上が望ましい）

Project Engineer / Management, Production Engineer (PE)
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of one or several projects with low-to-medium complexity and economic impact, according to the product design and industrialization process and in compliance with QCD objectives. In this respect, he/she is responsible for leading a competent and multi-disciplinary team (project platform) from the project kick-off to the project closure (including control of modification).
• Manages the budget, the project timing plan and pursues the quality plan, according to development standards and customer requirements.
• Elaborates and organizes technical meetings and project reviews, in conjunction with his/her team, customers and suppliers’ contact.
• Manages the project team ; coordinate, organize and manage all project activities.
• Draws up the requests for consultations and purchases, takes an active part in « sourcing committees ».
• In the event of disagreement, he/she notifies and refers the matter to arbitration by the Product Line Department and the relevant functional department; an appeal is conceived following the agreement of the Product Development Department.
• Entrusted with the presentation of the design and initial sample files. Monitors their progress until their acceptance by the customer, while relying on the support of Quality teams.
• Draws on the available IT systems and resources (PDM, EDM project, SAP …) and ensures the reliability of relevant data.
• Submits the score card (QCD) of the project to the Project Steering Committee (CPP) and the related actions, if required.Benefit

Job Description
- Understand the processes and make sure production are following correctly
- Write work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Propose and write new process flow maps and work instruction for new processes
- Implement best working practice as directed by group manufacturing (best practice)
- Re write old out of date work instructions and make sure the correct processes are being followed
- Compare process and timings across the group
- Monitor and control processes on the shop floor
- Assist production cell supervisors in problem solving when issues arise
- Train people when new processes are introduced
- Assist NPI with implementation of new products, tooling or machinery
- Continuous process improving thinking is an integral function of the manufacturing engineers’ position
- Make sure machinery and equipment is performing as expected
- Assist production in the building of prototypes this will include part trials
- Set up new tooling and test fixtures so they are ready for production runs
- Some ability with 2D and 3D CAD is a big advantage. Preferably Solid worksBenefit

Job Description
1 Effective management daily operation covering production , planning , scheduling , process control.
2. Effective raw material, crushed material and finish goods control to reduce wastes and optimize inventory holding.
3. Responsible for new mold testing , process parameter setting and control
4. Responsible for mass production control, efficient mold set up and FA buy-off
5. Ensure IPQC procedure are effectively carried out by FA personnel in accordance with established standard
6. Control production line and improve process. [Injection and mold process]
7. Control injection machine for producing product.
8. Managing safety and environmental compliance, manufacturing quality products, production, cost optimization.
9. Ensure the overall performance of production operations.
10. Give feedback to planner about work progress.
11. Track the process rejection .Plan and implement the improvement actions to control/ reduce the rejections.
12. Maintain shop floor discipline and take appropriate actions against the defaulters.
13. Work with maintenance department for up keeping of machines and equipment.
14. Safety, 5s and discipline on the shop floor.
15. Advice team to solve all production/process problems or issues.
