• Job Description

  - Prepare quotations, submit quotations, update quotation control sheets.
  - Import/export operations (negotiate with DHL).
  - Receiving import invoice products (checking the number of units received and updating the entry into the sales inventory).
  - Input and update cost, product, and quantity data into the costing sheet for imports, and update the inventory sheet.
  - Prepare export invoice documents, negotiate with DHL to arrange shipment, prepare and email Shipping Advice to destination.
  - Monitor shipping status
  - Sort, pack, and seal the products to be shipped on cardboard boxes according to the order form and the customer. Move the shipment to the shipping yard.
  - Prepare several documents to EXISE for battery products each month.
