    - Finding 100% new client
    - Responsible for ads sales of owned HR-media
    - Approach potential clients, and propose ads services
    - Follow up with clients until the successful closing
    - Collaborate with the contents team to publish the best ads for clients
    - Report the ads performance to clients, and adjust ads plan in need
    - Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    - 3+ years of sales experience in digital content, media, advertisement or similar
    - Good command of English
    - Proactive and motivated
    - Have the ability to approach new clients

    Advantage:
    - Experience or knowledge in the HR fields or related
    - Experience in a start-up company or new service/product
