Job Description
*Background:
The company is setting up a new warehouse at Bangplee, Samutprakarn in August 2022. Looking for an assistant manager to support setting up the new location and help to grow the business.
*Manager:
Thai manager who is mainly in charge of another warehouse in Laem Chabang
*Number of subornation:
Planning to have 2-3 and increase to 5-10 in the long term.
- Support setting up the new location such as recruiting subordinates, and purchasing office equipment and devices to start warehouse operations.
- Take care of P.O., D.O., Invoice, Packing list
- Tracking the goods
- Check Stock & Manage Warehouse
- Ordinate internally and externally
- Headlining of Custom clearance
- Manage and organizing the stocks using a forklift
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- M/F, 37-47
- Have experience in warehouse operation in the management level
- Have over 5 years of experience in warehouse operation
- L4 English for internal communication with Japanese MD
[Advantage]
- Able to drive a forkliftEnglish Level
Level 4 - Conversational Level
