• Job Description

  〇Company is a welding torch factory, mainly processing parts with machine tools, with some plastic molding and assembly
  ○Products: production of welding machines, cutters, and various equipment For welding machines
  ○Career path: Looking for a supervisor who would become a manager position
  
  - Handling accounts payable, staff claim, payment, general ledger, fixed assets, petty cash, bank reconciliation and financial report.
  - Manager Accounting department
  - Managing day-to-day accounting operations, and payment.
  - Preparing payment and vouchers.
  - Handling VAT on input and Withholding Tax.
  - Handle import & export duties taxes and expenses as per Customs’ requirements.
  - Liaise with Tax Department on company tax refund.
  - Attending meetings with oversea branches and HQ to report the Thai office status.
  - General Account payable works: Tracking all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements
  - GA support: General Labor legal works
  - Other duties as assigned
