• Job Description

  -Follow up, Technician and Workshop-support in their new roles performing one to one meeting continuously to Keep the team focused
  -Ability to plan production effectively and follow a workshop schedule (following standard)
  -Closely follow the daily work in the workshop (Be present -“know” what is going on to be able to make good decisions)
  -Set challenges and goals so the team at all levels can contribute to continuous improvement
  -Follow up the teams KPI´s and CEM score (Set clear target levels) and act on the result with continues improvements (identify actions and
  delegate to the team).
  -Analyze and develop the workshop business (responsible for the workshop offers and the business plan)
  -Responsible for developing the workshop staff
