  • Job Description


    1. Taking care the Machining Process/ Assembly process (NC lathe, CNC, machining center, etc.)
    2. Setting the trial new model plan / machine install or modify.
    3. Set plan trial new model / machine installed or modified / project management and control.
    4. Make improvement follow PE activity
    5. Prepare documents concern (PFC, CP, FMEA, WI, etc.)
    6. Initiates design process and perform design analysis for current and new project.
    7. Study for cost reduction opportunity in machining process
    8. Product NC program development.
    9. Management performance of PE members

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Age 28-33 years old.
    - Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineer etc.
    - At least 5 years of experience in automotive part manufacturing and 3 years in machining / Assembly process.
    - At least 1-2 years leader level.
    - Experience in Project management and control
    - Knowledge of NC / CNC 5-axis / Machining Center / Mechanical Drawing
    - English skill in communication - intermediate level
    - AutoCAD , Solid work , Machine design, PCL, CNC programing , Mechanical instrument, Jig & Fixture, Cutting tools, IATF16949
