• Job Description

  - Constant physical presences in all production units
  - Get weekly reports from Site Managers
  - Get weekly reports from Performance Manager
  - Provide weekly reports to President
  - Daily update the Macro Production KPI Dashboard
  - Perform weekly Production Meetings with Site Managers and Performance Manager
  - Perform weekly Technical Consultation with Israeli tech support (on-line/on-site)
  - Lead the troubleshooting of production with Site Managers and tech support
  - Integration and follow-up on tech recommendations and/or revisions of activities
  - Confirm the loyalty of the Site/Performance Managers to the production/training System
  - Budgeting & supervising new systems/site constructions
  - Defining and execution of genetic importation annual plan
  - Coordinating with the Contract Faming Manager the supply to 4X juveniles to farms
