Job Description
1. Comprehend the business scope and the processes of and existing facility from both a physical and system perspective.
2. Support the Logistics, Warehouse, Production and Quality supervisor to create scalable reports and KPIs, automating them with the usage of Power Pivot, Query, Macro, etc.
3. Support the Logistics and Warehouse Supervisors under a system (SAP) point of view on both day-by-day activities and long term projects, performing troubleshooting on new software, coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Tests) and Dry Run.
4. Support Logistics, Warehouse and Production in setting-up new hardware and machineries from a system point of view.
5. Work closely with APAC Logistics Reporting and Data Management Team (based in China) and mirror their reports, KPIs and analysis on Thailand plant.
6. Become the SAP expert for Logistics and Warehouse teams.
Qualifications
Requirement
** KEY REQUIREMENTS **
- Male / Female , Age 28-37 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Information Technology or Industrial engineer
- At least 3-5 years of experience in in a multinational company
- Outstanding command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (usage of pivot and coding of macro is a must)
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and SAP Business Intelligence (BOXI)
- Hands on in software integration
** PREFERENTIAL REQUIREMENTS **
- Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Oversea working experience and/or working experience in a Western company
- Knowledge of QlickView tools (e.g. Qlick Sense)
- Knowledge of any code for programmingEnglish Level
