• Job Description

  - To ensure all Standard Operation Procedure are understood and followed and related ISO system are maintained.
  - To manager change control, ensuring staff understand and kept up to date. Liaising with QA to ensure SOP manual are up to date.
  - Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
  - Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
  - Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
  - Supervise and evaluate performance of production engineer personnel.
  - Approve engineering activities, purchasing of equipment, etc.
  - Correct and adjust process because of customer claim or internal quality matter.
  - Proactive in developing culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  - Report to upper management.
  - To carry out any other duties as requested by superior.
