- Business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Provide a software solution, design, work-flow, and UI/UX to meet business needs.
- Produce software requirement specification document for developers, technical design, release note, and user's manuals.
- Verify software outcomes as the design and specifications.
- Work closely with the software development team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in analyst, system/business process, and UI/UX design.
- Experience in documentation and use-case analysis.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of software development methodology.
- Creativity and Service mind.
- Good command both Thai and English, written, reading and spoken.English Level
