• Job Description

  - Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule and making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality also adjust the schedule were needed.
  - Determine and manage the human and material resources required to meet production targets
  - Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
  - Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations and ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered
  - Implement and enforce quality control in process and tracking programs by follow quality objectives
  - Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
  - Determine and implement improvements to the production process also do on duty as assigned to implement the company's policies and goals
  - Apply best practices for strengthening the bottom line
  - Set up and manage production budgets also implement cost control
  - Prepare and maintain production reports
  - Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
  - Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments
  - Supervising and motivating a team of workers and cross-train or rotation workers for maximum production flexibility and increase skill by training programs
