  1) Require to know the background of logistics industry and supply chain management.
  2) Understanding of the operation flow of Freight Forwarding/Cross-border Truck & Marine & Air/Customs clearance is a must.
  3) Familiarity with business and operations principles and practice.
  4) Analytical skills and critical thinking to create new business to optimize company costs.
  5) Setting price packages for the sale logistics to new and current customers and also providing the proposal cost for bidding.
  6) Expanding the customer base to maximize sales revenue, develop strategic sales plans and customer satisfaction.
  7) Have knowledge of consumer insights, marketing research methodology with sales or marketing background."
  8) Finds ways to sell service in the face of down market.
  9) Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
  10) Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
