  • Job Description

    - Manage, Control and Issue documents related to sales/MS (Tax Invoice, Receipt, etc.)
    - Manage, Control and Issue documents related to purchasing for sales/MS (P.O., Expenses, etc.)
    - Coordinate about shipment of sales/MS and about importing second hands plant
    - Manage and control about hotel, car rental and any expenses occurred during business trip of Sales/MS
    - Support Sales Executive to issue Quotation/Invoice when they are not in the office
    - Support Sales GM (Making Japanese documents, Document Translation, etc.)
    - Manage and control product stock of Sales /MS

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in related field
    - Solid experience in Sales Admin (Sales Co) in an international business at least 7 Years
    - Preferred who is experiencing in Japanese company
    - Good in Japanese both written and verbal (N3 or Equivalent)
