• Job Description

  I. Business Analysis
  - Gather users’ requirement and concern to develop new ideas that improves overall system performance
  - Write down system specification and hand over to programmers for further development
  - Study system and process flow to streamline its operations thru new application development or new business flow design
  - Provide instructions and educations to end users for current system
  - Test program
  II. Support
  - Provide overall support related to Leasing systems
  - Investigest and analyse to find root cause and propose solution
  - Maintain and supervise database operations, and solve any related problems that occurred
  - Test program/Verify patched.
  - Execute query for serve Users request(Oracle SQL)
  - Review, test and coordinate to deploy a new application.
  - Prepare testing environment by coordinating
  II. Coordination
  - Coordination with stakeholders for related activities to achieve tasks and goals.
  - Deal with external vendors in case of outsourcing, evaluate and negotiate initially on budget, plan, timeframe and requirements
  - Coordinate with TPIT about Server, Backup/Restore Database, network, Google mail, and other vendors in terms of investigating and solving issues.
