• Job Description

  -Responsible the shipments for Key Account customers and co-operation with customers.
  -Coordinate with overseas agent to understand the requirement and sourcing cost for ocean freight forwarder.
  -Investigate and plan most appropriate route.
  -Maintain good relationship with customer and reach their satisfaction.
  -Monitoring shipment status and movement to ensure to meet the deadlines.
  -Handle their feedbacks and coordinate with Managing Director, Freight manager agents to secure business.
  -To create internal SOP according to customer’s requirement and align with operation team.
  -Researching and analyzing the market trends to plan on pricing strategy based on market’s trends/condition to achieve the target
