    -Provide sales and administrative support daily (issue PO, send forecast, etc.)
    -Liaise with customers for delivery arrangements & requirements.
    -Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
    -Monitor inventory and payment issues.
    -Support control document AR & AP.
    -Document filling for all necessary permit

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    -Diploma / Degree holder.
    -Minimum 03 years similar experience in sales coordinating in a similar industry.
    -Proficiency in English language.
    - Knowledge in Oracle & Japanese will be an added advantage.
    -Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    -Meticulous with positive working attitude.
    -Independent and must have initiative and responsibility.

    - BONUS >> One month AWS in Dec for confirmed and active employment employees. Prorated if length of service less than a year. Variable bonus is subject to company budget and profitability and individual performance.
    - Local charges and overseas charges are claimable up to THB 2,000 respectively per month.
    *For this Sales Executive position, yes mobile phone bill is claimable based on actual bill capped at THB2,000 for local call charges and THB2,000 for overseas call charges.
