  Able to supervise construction, branch expansion, including maintenance work to go smoothly which can control the timeline and costs to be within the specified budget as well as propose solutions to problems with the interests of the Company and its customers as a priority
  
  - Supervise and coordinate with contractors and technicians for the construction of branches expand the area improve the place to go smoothly On time and within the agreed budget in the BOQ until the work is done and ready for actual use.
  - Recruiting and bidding for construction, additions by thoroughly clearing construction drawings and BOQ with architects. to ensure that The construction was correct as discussed.
  - Coordinating the site survey, finding the location of the rental area for business expansion by collecting data and analyzing the location to present to the management team
  Procure, compare, try out new Software & Hardware or innovations to improve customer service efficiency.
  Prepare and update the manual for branch expansion to control costs and image to be similar in all branches whether in the country or abroad
