  • Job Description

    1. Analyze and set strategies to manage sales for all BEARHOUSE's stores to ensure the performance results meet the target.
    2. Analyze sales data from all channels such as POS, P&L, and CRM for planning future strategies.
    3. Manage and monitor the results of all sales channels. (Including delivery channels).
    4. Manage costs of all BEARHOUSE's stores (Cost Control).
    5. Monitor the department activity to ensure the performance results meet the target.
    6. Be a good coach to advise methods to develop internal processes for the Operations management
    team to comply with the policies and Q.S.C. standards.
    7. Create, implement, and review SOPs for the department.
    8. Support and develop skills/knowledge of employees in the Operations team to become potential employees.
    9. Follow up on customer complaints (all cases) and propose preventive measures to prevent problems in the same issues again.
    10. Find and analyze the root cause in case of KPIs do not achieve the target, including making the countermeasure to prevent
    unexpected things.
    11. Liaise with various departments such as the Marketing team for creating campaigns/promotions to increase sales, coordinate with BD team
    in case of the company plans to open new stores, inform technician for maintenance in case of equipment is broken.
    12. Communicate company policies to employees in the Operations team.
    13. Propose ideas to make a happy environment for BEARHOUSE's employees in all stores.
    14. Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Male – Female, Age between 30 – 40 years old.
    -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Marketing, or relevant.
    -Minimum 5 years in field operations and previously worked as an Area Manager or Store Manager.
    -Experience or knowledge in F&B, Food retail, and QSR business.
    -Strong communication, service, and leadership skills.
    -Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    -Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
    -Good computer skills especially MS. Excel and be able to learn Slack Application to communicate within the company.
    -Open-minded and flexible with a can-do attitude.
