  • Job Description

    - Review and draft contracts, documents, bids, letters, etc. (English and Thai language)
    - Provide legal advice on contracts, documents, legal issues, debt recovery and litigation support
    - Create and implement legal policies for the project
    - Provide legal training and updated to the company
    - Prepare the board and shareholders’ resolutions of the company and provide all necessary corporate secretarial support
    - Other as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Law
    - Good command of both spoken and written English (Level 3 or above)
    - Minimum 3-4 years work experience in legal field (in house or legal firm)

    【Advantage】
    - Strong experience in drafting & reviewing contracts
    - Computer literate especially Microsoft Word and Excel
    - Analytical thinking skill with self-motivated and service-minded personality

    * Layer license: unnecessary
