    - Identify, clarify and analysis customer's incident upon incident assignment
    - Analysis and provide solution for customer’s incident and customer ‘s requirement
    - Work under Helpdesk support team
    - Manage the responsible incident and report to related person

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Business computer, MIS, or other related fields
    - Experience in SAP Implementation and Support in module FI CO HR PP QM WM PM SD MM.
    - At least 3 years experiences in SAP consulting and support
    - SAP Functional Help Desk Support Leading Skill or Manager Level
    - High skill in team motivation and leadership.
    - Knowledge in IT applications.
    - Basic Network knowledge would be an advantage.
    - Good command of English skill
    - Good in communication skill , service mind , good team player , problem solving and logical thinking
