  • Job Description

    1. Organization Development Policies & Action Plans
    – Support Head of HR to develop organization development policies & action plans in areas of talent management, succession planning, competency framework & assessment, training & development and employee engagement.
    - Work with Local HR to implement them for targeted employee groups in alignment with Global HR direction and strategy.
    2. Competency Framework
    – Work with Group HR and Head of HR to define/revise/improve competency framework & approach, competency assessment and competency development.
    3. Talent Assessment and Management
    – Work with Group HR, Head of HR, BU Head and Local HR in various countries to implement talent assessment & talent management based on competency framework.
    - Consolidate talent assessment and management information & database for all countries in MD Division.
    4. Succession Planning
    – Work with Head of HR, BU Head and Local HR to identify successors and succession planning.
    - Monitor and consolidate succession planning progress from all countries in MD Divisions.
    5. Leadership and Training Development Programs
    – Work with Group HR and Head of HR to design the leadership development program and employee development program based on MD
    leadership competency framework.
    6. Training Need
    – Work with Local HR to survey and analyze training need analysis for employees.
    7. Training Program Setup
    – Work with Local HR to provide training & development programs for employees that match with capability requirement and budget.
    8. Capability Improvement
    - Promote and continually improve company capabilities and efficiency.
    9. Organization Development Advisory
    - Support and advise BU Head/BU Manager on training & development issues and individual development plan matched with employee’s development goal.
    10. Organization Training & Development Budget
    – Work with Head of HR and Local HR to analyze, prepare and consolidate organization training & development budget for all countries for MD Division.
    11. Employee Engagement & Retention
    – Conduct and analyze employee engagement survey.
    - Work with BU Head to identify engagement action plan for each BU and MD Division.
    - Follow up and monitor action plan to ensure high employee engagement & retention.
    - Report engagement action plan to Group HR and MD Leadership Team.
    12. Organization Development Project
    – Initiate, conduct and implement HR projects related to capability development.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, age 35 years old up.
    - At least bachelor degree in management / human resources management / organization development or related fields
    - More than 5-year experiences related with training & development, talent management and organization development, preferable multinational manufacturing experiences.
    - Excellent in presentation skill and fluent to use MS Office
    - Excellent in English (Writing/Reading/Speaking/Listening), preferable multi language speaker in Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and Laos
    - Good in project management, advisory skill and up-to-date training & development skill.
    - Positive attitude, self starter and practical implementer.
    - Able to travel to other countries, especially Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Japan from time to time.
