• Job Description

  - Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  - Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  - Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  - Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  - Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  - Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  - Working with agencies to discuss strategies and optimize ads
  - Setting monthly budgets for all marketing expenses
  - Work on creatives and posts for FB and creative designer
  - Using sales force to analyse data
  - Set partnerships with other companies (affiliate, PR)
  - Analyze all ecommerce transaction and site and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and assist all external partners and provide support to all associate activities and monitor all site issues and assist in resolution of same.
  - Analyze performance of ads on various channels - FB, Google, YouTube, Line, etc and recommend ways to improve performance
