Job Description
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and support HR manager to provide of overall business strategy.
2. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
3. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and follow the company policy.
4. Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits.
5. Managing human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
6. Maintain the work structure, job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
7. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Strong experience in HRD HRM field of manufacturing business 7 years up.
- 3 years of experience in leader or chief. [Need experience to manage subordinate 2-3 staffs]
- Strong experience in HR function and good knowledge in union.
- Good command in English (Making report, English presentation, Internal communication)
- Work under pressure.English Level
