    - Manage, planning and develop system of HR Department.
    - Overall monitor Policy ,Rules & Regulations and Labour Laws.
    - Strategy & Plan for HRM & HRD Function ( Including Recruitment , People Development ,Compensation , Employee Engagement , Performance Management, Safety ) for supporting company's goal.
    - Manage and control Manpower model. (Manpower & Workforce Management)
    - Develop Employees' competence and career path. (People Competency Development & Career Development)
    - Manage and initiate an attractive benefits. (Compensation & Reward Management)
    - Initiate performance assessment system. (Performance Management
    - Manage full function of payroll

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female, Thai national, Age over 30 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree
    - Fluent in English (Level 3 or above)
    - Minimum 7-8 years of experience in human resources field and handling all functions; payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment and labor issue/management
    - Able to handle HR function independently (No subordinate)
