  • Job Description

    - Daily operation in terms of shipment delivery to customers
    - Calculate customer demand and control stock inventory level
    - Issue P/O to supplier and follow up incoming shipment to fulfill customer demand in due time
    - Negotiate with suppliers
    - Coordinate with warehouse in terms of shipment arrival or any other related sales issue
    - Input receiving product to stock system
    - Provide sales support
    - Issue sales order and tax invoice for sales transaction
    - Correspondence with overseas suppliers
    - Coordinate with shipping company and freight forwarders

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age 25-30 years
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or related fields
    - Good computer & typing skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    - Good communication skills with pleasant personality
    - Experiences in BOI, Import and Export field is advantage.
    - Experiences in Chemical filed is advantage.
    - Good command of English (both in writing and speaking).
    - Ability to work well under pressure.
    - Experiences in issuing P/O, invoice and shipping documents.
    - Experience in logistic function.
    - Experience in Inventory control.
    - Hard working, good negotiation skill and highly service minded.
