  • Job Description

    -Planning and preparations of clients’ projects by coordinating with our team, and providers.
    -Quality control is of utmost importance,
    -Take initiative to resolve operational problems quickly and efficiently
    -Processing ticket orders for a variety of clients
    -Providing above average customer service
    -Writing and communicating with both individual and corporate levels.
    -Good skill in negotiating ticket price and credit terms with suppliers
    -Any other duties as required within the operation team.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -At least 7 years’ experience from Travel Agency is a must.
    -Knowledge of Amadeus; rules and methods for ticket sales and distribution
    -Experience in a corporate client’s environment is a must.
    -Verification of documents basis the SOP with 100% accuracy.
    -Prior budget and cost management experience is a significant advantage.
    -Bachelor Degree in related fields
    -Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person.
    -Available to travel on a regular basis and occasional nights and weekends.
    -Proficient in English
