• Job Description

  - This is a customer-facing role, you will works directly with the customer and delivery team to fully understand the business and deliver the solutions that are fit for purpose including support the customer and relevant technical stakeholders to integrate to our suite of products
  - Conduct the business requirement gathering workshop with all stakeholders to design a Business Requirement Document and data mapping for integration.
  - Design Business Data mapping between Company’s solution with customer’s system to meet the business requirements.
  - Lead a team of UAT members in conducting UAT and responsible in working with users/development teams in achieving the project implementation on time.
  - Conduct UAT kick off to communicate with users about overall features and UAT plan.
  - Prepare Test Plans, Test scenarios and control Test Cases for overall features.
  - Review UAT test cases/test scripts are covered on test scope.
  - Incorporate with relevant stakeholders to prepare test data/test activities and environment readiness validation on UAT phase.
  - Manage UAT teams to execute testing of the software applications per agreed timelines.
  - Maintain test documentations such as UAT sign-off, test plans & test reports etc.
  - Liaise with various development teams on UAT defects tracking & resolution.
