  • Job Description

    - Be the AGENT to make change happen and make GREEN common
    - Supervise the production lines and ensure minimal downtime for machinery
    - Work with technical staff on diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment
    - Evaluate production line performance and recommend Process Improvement methods to management
    - Implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment and train new technical staff
    - Aid in testing and commissioning of production equipment (SATs, FATs)
    - Aid Lead Engineer on Project Planning including design for water treatment, HVAC, waste treatment, freezing and frying processes
    - Manage maintenance budget and prepare Equipment Performance Reports on a regular basis
    - Manage equipment inventory and routine ordering of consumables
    - Communicate with contractors for project and ad-hoc equipment and facility maintenance
    - Aid in procuring new machinery and liaising with suppliers and service providers
    - Track and report project activities on a regular basis

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *Must*
    - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Technical Equivalent
    - 5+ years of solid hands-on experience in food production, and proven work as a maintenance engineer
    - Knowledge of food safety, sanitary design, EPA and OSHA guidelines
    - Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
    - Ability to read system schematics, and creating P&IDs
    - Fluent in Thai, Proficiency in verbal and written English
    - Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD;

    *Advantage*
    - Passionate in promoting green lifestyle (knowledge in vegetarian / vegan product is a plus)
