• Job Description

  1.Lead and motivate an experienced team across marketing and sales functions, setting and achieving targets with them and maximizing their
  potential within their roles.
  2. Meet agreed sales and contribution targets for the portfolio.
  3. Be responsible for delivering annual five year plans and brand plans in conjunction with sales and
  marketing teams and in the light of market dynamics and consumer trends.
  4. Drive and continuously track achievement of sales, market share and brand health objectives,
  building performance insights based on marketing and sales activity evaluation and putting measures
  in place to ensure objectives are achieved, as required over time.
  5. Develops and forecast, plan and achieve sales targets.
  6. Develop in-depth knowledge of the product line, understanding the needs of this group of customers, the competitive landscape and knowing how
  to sell products and services based on their requirements.
