  • Job Description

    -Receive and arrange bookings from exporters and overseas agents.
    -Receive pre-alert and documents from overseas agents.
    -Communicate with shipping lines, customers and overseas agents.
    -To be the contact point for monitoring of import/export shipments.
    -Managing local and international customers on the requirements of import/export documentation and following up the status of delivery of shipment
    -Utilize routing information to create freight booking, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency for the loads.
    -Solve problems using analytical and critical thinking skills.
    -Identify, measure, and maintain key performance indicators.
    -Create summary reports and send to the supervisor and stakeholders.
    -Issuing financial billing process, freight invoice, credit note, debit note and cost control.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business or related fields.
    -At least 2 years experienced in Sea Export from Freight Business.
    -Strong attention to details with excellent follow-up.
    -Energetic, Well-organized, Self-Initiated and good coordination skill.
    -Good command of English, both of written and spoken.
    -Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office.
