    1. Manage factory manpower planning and recruitment operation for worker, subcontractor and staff upward.
    2. Manage manpower fluctuation for business impact optimization.
    3. Control student apprentice welfare operation such as Dormitory, Transportation, Emergency caring etc.
    4. Ensure labor practice comply as labor ethic requirement
    5. Establish or amend policy for factory workforce management effectiveness.
    6. Drive team action plan, KPI and budgeting achievement follow company target.
    7. Establish & maintain HR policies/ procedure and maintain internal rules & regulation.
    8. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male / Female , Age 36-43 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Organization Development or related fields.
    - Minimum 12 years or more professional experience working in HR faction , HRM.
    - Must have 4-5 years of experience in management level.
    - Have knowledge and understanding in Human Resources Management. [Manufacturing]
    - Requested conceptual thinking skills to analyze complex problems and propose a good solutions.
    - Good at communicating with others, both verbally and in writing.
    - Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
