  • Job Description

    1. Identify and implement improvement projects to get cost efficiency , quality improvement.
    2. Promote systems for Health , Safety, environment and implement ERP system.
    3. Help making quotations for new project and participate in project reviews.
    4. Interact with customers about critical quality , delivery issues if necessary.
    5. Participate in budgeting , planning activities and conduct training for the team.
    6. Managing all operation in manufacturing and report to GM.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male only, Age 38-45 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineer.
    - More than 17 years of experience in manufacturing and have experience to manage manufacturing processes , Quality systems , People management.
    - At least 12 years of experience in plastic injection manufacturing.
    - At least 7 years of experience in manager level or operation manager.
    - Can work in shift and travel by yourself.
    - Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skill.
    - Very good communication in English.
