• Job Description

  - Responsible for Quality Management System, ISO9001, IATF16949 and others, ISO14001.
  - Lead Internal audit and supervise DCC to comply with company policy and KPI.
  - Handle Site Quality Management System (QMS) and others certificate, including be a contact window with Certify Body (CB)
  - Assist QMR to prepare Management review package.
  - Control Document of Quality system in standards.
  - Prepare and Create document control procedures.
  - Develop, maintain and improve Quality Management System.
  - Registration and update internal reject & return tracking timely.
  - Participate as a member of the project team, Customer Audit and Internal Audit
  - Assist Manager for filing and update customer claim & follow 8D report tracking timely.
  - Issue PR and follow up PR process until get PO.
  - Department budget control & scrap cost control.
  - Update daily report, weekly report and quality assurance information board timely
  - Perform OJT and keep training record of operator
  - Follow Monthly MSA Result from each area and report to Manager
  - Ensuring the accomplishment of ISO 9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001 / ISO45001 /ISO17025 standards (and other specific customer requirements) within the area.
  - Perform Problem solving resolution which included both corrective and preventive actions.
  - Advise production teams with use of quality tools (FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA, etc.).
  - Other duties as assigned.
