  • Job Description

    - Implement of dealer standards to development and measure the results of dealers
    - Expand dealer outlets to cover market demand and Upgrade dealer outlets to company standard
    - Conducts dealer’s meeting
    - Support dealers in developing and improving their tractor sales business to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
    - Develop knowledge and skills of dealer staff according to dealer standards
    - Market area survey and market area plan implementation
    - Coordinate relevant departments for dealer development such as Sales, Marketing, and CS Divisions

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Thai Nationality, Male, Age 27-35 years old
    - Graduated in Bachelor’s or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related
    - More than 3 years of experience in Dealer Management, Marketing, Customer Service focus on dealer business
    - Experience in agricultural machinery, automotive business or heavy industry business
    - Have knowledge in Dealer Management such as expansion dealer outlet, level up outlet, signboard, dealer meeting and others will be advantage
    - Have strong customer focused mind
    - Excellent communication skill
    - Can drive and work in upcountry
