  • Job Description

    ・ Responsibility on sales target to meet company's business plan
    ・ Contacting to current customers regularly for building a good relationship
    ・ Find new customers that consider presenting gifts to stakeholders
    ・ Negotiating with customers for transaction conditions such as pirce, trade terms
    ・ Supervise goods delivery to customers
    ・ Prepare documents necessary to transact with customers.
    ・ Providing weekly sales reports and report to superior (SPV and Sales Manager)
    ・ Make a sales forecast of each channels/customers in charge
    ・ Collect competitor's data in the market and market condition as well as customer's demand in the country.
    ・ Follow-up if a customer delays payment
    ・ Physical inventory check twice a year in warehouse and department-store
    ・ Planning with Marketing Division on sales channel planning, budget and space rental to sell the products
    ・ Planning with Marketing Division on sales promotion planning
    ・ Handle works assigned by supervisor in sales division

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ［Must］
    ‐ Female, age between 25-30 years old
    - Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business administration or any related field
    - English communication (At least e-mail correspondance, writing a report to Japanese Manager )is required
    - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for the merchandise market
    ‐ Possess own car with driving license and able to work upcountry

    ［Advantage］
    ・ Experience in marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results, are recommended
    ・ Good computer skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
    ・ Ability to communicate and negotiate efficiently
    ・ Be able to work under pressure
