    Job Overview:
    - Follow policay and upgradet system to be continuous Improvement
    - Control Budget OT /Manpower and demonstate roll model
    - Leader and challenge Engineer andproduction and quality on stadard system
    - leader QCD daily issued and identify KPI Vs Department Road Map
    - Co operate and invole NPI to be ahchieve QCD
    - Leader to appoch Industrail strong point to customer
    - Incharge OEE and TPM deployment.
    - Manage PDCA all indicator are right shape.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male / Female Age: 35 -45 yrs old
    - Experience Production Manager from PCBa factory ( SMT)
    - Bachelor degree In Engineering IE or Electronic or electrical .
    - Carrier may from SMT Engineer process 2-3 year and Mobility Production
    - Management shop floor file 3-5 Year
    - Good command in English
