  • Job Description

    - Submit formular for new items.
    - Set category and HS code by communicate with supplier, customer and shipping / collect details of each item and submit to BOI to get approval and max stock
    - Release shipment under BOI
    - Re-check Invoice and Packing list with fomular both import and export / Release BOI online / Send BOI approval to broker / re-check draft Import or Export entry
    - Summarize total sales QTY and report to customer to re-confirm / Follow report V or Export entry from customer and CS / Cut max stock on line and pick up approval document from Invester club / Review max stock continuously whether it's enough for import shipment or not
    - Report stutus with BOI annually to renew our privilege
    - Request to pay duty for NG goods, scrab or dead stock, Report to BOI when change company address or warehouse

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female, Thai national, Age 24-35
    - Bachelor Degree in any fields
    - Minimum 2-3 years experience in BOI related
    - Good command of English (Minimum Level 4)

    【Advantage】
    - Have experience in import/export (especially import)
    - Computer literacy: outlook Email, Excel
