• Job Description

  I. Support  Provide technical aids on hardware & software issues
  - Give supports in Credit Approval Process System (CAP), change for core system configuration as per assigned by business users
  - Able to support operation works of business users such as software installations
  - Provide the guidance and properly manual process or training of core system to end users
  - Provide system support and solve any related problems occurred.
  - Provide test cases, test program, and verify new patched
  - Execute query to serve users request (Oracle SQL)
  - Review, test and coordinate to deploy Data fix and new patch.
  - Prepare testing environment by coordinate with team, vendor and business users.
  - Execute and maintain Automate test script.
  
  II. Monitoring
  - Monitor issue log, HD, RW (request), DC (Data correction), incident status on focus issue.
  
  III. Coordination
  - Collaborate with system owner to gather requirements and create functional specification document to vendors
  - Coordinate with Infrastructure team about Server, Backup/Restore Database, network, Google mail and other vendors in terms of investigate and solving issue.
