  • Job Description

    I. Support
    - Perform modifications and fix errors in the system
    - Run query dataset as requested by end users
    - Provide instructions and educations to end users for current system
    - Test program
    II. Program Development
    - Examine inputs from users and analyze for possible modifications to the system
    - Develop in-house applications/programming to improve functionality and capability of existing system (i.e. paperless process/workflow
    III. Coordination
    - Deal with external vendors in case of outsourcing, evaluate and negotiate initially on budget, plan, timeframe and requirements

Qualifications

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science or related fields
    - At least 3 yrs. experiences in software development or relevant fields, with C#.Net is advantage
    - Experienced in design and basic administration of relational databases (especially Oracle)
    - Code development as per the technical specification and software development methodology.
    - Strong technical knowledge of Software Development processes
    - Knowledge of computer program design methods and techniques, as well as the computer logic and overall computing environment
    - Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
    - Self-motivated and results driven.
    - Strong Service mind-set to satisfy customer needs be advantage
    - Team player, pleasant and enthusiastic personality with good interpersonal skills
    - Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
    - Experience in Automation in one or more RPA technologies (UiPath) is preferred
    - Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies
