  • Job Description

    - Inspection basic measurements / Calculate dimensions and used instruments such as micrometers and Vernier calipers.
    - Make basic program and wheel offsets.
    - Identify wheel wear on ALL wheel types and Dress respective grinding wheels.
    - Set-Up, inspect, produce good first piece & run production on all standard rounds tools like Drill, Endmill,
    Keyway cutter, dovetails cutters, Ball nose and reamer.
    - Create master programs for all standard and modified standard endmills & any cutting tools.
    - Perform basic maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machine parts using hand tools
    - Learned CNC programming Provided specials department with many unique and custom cutting tools as per
    customer blueprints.
    - Performed work on OD & ID grinders, surface grinders, and Hones.
    - Supervise on daily service plan and communication to sales and customer.
    - Developed an effective preventative maintenance schedule for all shop equipment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male , Age 24-30 years old.
    - At least 2 years’ experience (Numroto) in Grinder/Programmer.
    - Vocational certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
    - Inspection basic measurements, MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Math/ Geometry knowledge is s plus. Must also be able to convert metric to an inch and decimal to fraction.
    - Overall 5 axis automatic CNC programing and execution.
    - Prefer some basic knowledge of the English language.
    - Must have a strong analytical troubleshooting ability.
    - Standing 90 percent of the day, some bending into the machines and lifting heavy trays of blanks and tools.
    - 6 working day per week/Flexible hour
