• Job Description

  -Responsible for account payable function.
  -Managing the payment cycle to ensure timely payment of creditor invoices, setting up the payments through the online banking system;
  -Review invoices and seek appropriate authorization prior to payment
  -Record, code and process all invoices in a timely manner
  -Maintaining meticulous records, keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders and invoices to support cash flow management
  -Constantly reviewing the method by which tasks are undertaken to ensure that the most efficient and effective procedures are in place and being used
  -Identifying any discrepancies and resolve appropriately
  -Reconciles monthly statement and related transactions.
  -Responsible for WHT and VAT preparation and filing
  -Assist the Accounts Receivable Specialist as needed
  -Others as assigned by the supervisor
