    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Responding promptly to customer enquiries
    - Create and monitor jobs in Transport Management System (TMS)
    - Processing orders, forms, quotations and internal and external client’s requests
    - Provide consultative solutions to clients
    - Communicating and coordinating with various functional areas to ensure clients
    requirements are met
    - Complete trainings as assigned and within timeline
    - Collaborate with other functional areas to provide feedback on process
    efficiency
    - Investigate and attend to service recoveries
    - Keeping records as per company processes
    - Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-40
    - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
    - min 5years Customer service experience and logistic company experience
    - Fluent in English language (Lev.3up)

    - Eligible for pro-rated annual leave for 2021. Full year annual leave at 20 days for Calendar year 2022.
