  • Job Description

    - In charge of management, schedule and quality for product development.
    - Product strategy: PRD and Wireframe.
    - Accountable for delivering outcomes appropriate to and beyond requirements in defined/scheduled timeline.
    - Define, manage, develop and customize necessary processes for project management online with company circumstances.
    - Manage the whole department for in-house projects (comico) as well as other new projects.
    - Responsible for resources planning, recruitment, allocation and utilization for the department.
    - Analyze issues as well as plan development process, policy and KPI.
    - Provide coaching and mentoring with people management and leadership skills.
    - Implement continuous improvement of software development services.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male or Female, Age not over 40 years old.
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant field.
    - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager who understands business needs and can interpret them into development.
    - Experience involved in in-house mobile products.
    - Excellent command in English.

    [Advantage]
    - Having Korean language skills would be preferable.
    - Logical thinking and problem analysis skills
    - Good communication skills and ingenious behavior.
    - Ability to manage and lead a team.
