  • Job Description

    - Work with customer and IT security team to develop and maintain Endpoint Protection, Firewall and Web Gateway platform
    - Responsible for monitor security platform and endpoints and make ensure security pattern up-to-date
    - Cooperate with the customer PIC (or IS Staff) for daily operation services follow the customer working time and working day.
    - Coordinate with vendor for product & service issue and tracking the case until close.
    - Create daily and monthly report for customer
    - Nationwide support

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male or Female, 24 - 35 years old
    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
    - 2-4 years of experience
    - Endpoint Protection or Endpoint Detected & Respond Implementation and Deployment
    - Network Firewall Implementation and Deployment
    - Knowledge if information security concept including computer security, malware, and system security

    [Advantage]
    - Basic analyze malicious software such as virus, trojan, etc. to identify vulnerability and prevent damage from them
    - Has experience of Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security
    - Has experience on Palo-Alto Firewall, Web Filtering and IPS
    - Has experience EDR product such as Tanium, CrowdStrike, Palo-alto XDR, etc. (Optional)
    - CompTIA Security Plus (CompTIA Sec+) (Optional)
