  • Job Description

    - Manage overall HR functions :Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources, management report, visa & work permit, purchasing
    - Conduct HRD
    ‐ Implement Training Roadmap, Training Program, Training Survey
    - Set up and implement Training Development roadmap plan for company to prepare and enhance general and functional skill of all employee.
    - Handle the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns, compensation & benefits and visa & work permit.
    - Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
    - Support BOI/Logistics department
    - Other related tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree in any field
    - Solid HRD background
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - HR experience at company size 50-100 employee
    - Having an excellent communication skill
    - Good computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Power point etc.)
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N4 or above)
