    Replacement position

    [Job summary]
    - Responsible for overall HR functions, recruitment, training, HRD, compensation & benefits and other related fields
    - Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
    - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
    - Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
    - Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
    - Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, Public board arrangement and information sharing
    - Prepare report and support management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Only Female, Age 34-37
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration, Japanese or related field
    - At least 7 years experiences in Human Resource functions in Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing fields
    - Worked experience for a company with a minimum of 500 ‐ 10000 employees
    - Good command of English
    - Computer literacy (MS Office)
