  Position: Sales Engineer
  Level: Supervisor /Assistant Manager
  Product: Automated Parking system & Others
  
  [Brief description]
  1 visit customers, gather customer’s requirement, problem solving, report to supervisor and concern parties in English
  2 review drawing from customers & suppliers. Use 2D CAD & 3D CAD create drawing support customer requirement
  3 conduct sales activities in various products such as Parking system, Boiler, Compressor, Ozone, etc.
  4 support Marketing and PR activities, such as join exhibition, create marketing tool, etc.
  5 find out new customers and potential suppliers, keen to maintain product quality and find out cost down possibilities
  
  [Engineering/Designing]
  - Based on client requirement, draw up layout proposal for the project using drawings
  - Prepare necessary drawings instructed by the manager
  - Prepare/edit necessary catalogues instructed by the manager
  - Execute critique of the design
  - Create presentation to back-up the design
  
  [Sales]
  - Create sales forecast
  - Update sales forecast
  - Visit existing client to follow-up on any further needs
  - Create potential client list
  - Visit new potential client list
  - Arrange site visit
  - Manage issuance of invoice to the client
  - Create sales contract
  - Negotiate sales contract
  - Create presentation
  - Coordinate with HQ in Japan
