  • Job Description

    - Researching, analysis and summarize all ideas to develop the organization strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with company strategies.
    - Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals and work closely with management and employees.
    - Initiate and develop Talent Management system and create a good environment within the organization.
    - Work closely with HR team and management other departments in order to improve work relationships.
    - Managing the Organizational Development projects and initiatives across business units.
    - Provide suggestions on new compensation and benefit.
    - To develop or improve around organization culture, HR Processes, HR Practices base on the company strategic direction.
    - Designs and develops training programs for management and employees.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male / Female, Age 35-42 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Organization Development or related fields.
    - Minimum 7 years or more professional experience working in HR, OD, HR projects.
    - Understanding of organizational issues and challenges, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
    - Requested conceptual thinking skills to analyze complex problems and propose a good solution.
    - Good at communicating with others, both verbally and in writing.
    - Good command of English. Japanese is advantage
    - Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
