Job Description
- Manufacturing food products (sugar preparation products) for the Japanese market at the Chonburi factory.
- Food hygiene management
- Management of production in discussion with the Japanese plant manager regarding overall production
- Production planning and execution
- Operator allocation planning
- Yield management from raw materials to finished products
- Planning and implementation of productivity improvement
- Management of 20 operators
*Plan to increase the number of operators to nearly 50 in the future
- Provide instructions to operators
- Supervise in cooperation with QA Manager
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Male/Female, age is 35-47 years old
- Bachelor of degree
- Experience as production manager in the factory of food/powdered food/powdered supplement/powdered pharmaceuticals
- English Level 4 up
- Having a driving license and own car
【Advantage】
- Experience in a company that manufactures sugar preparations
- Experience as a production manager in a factory for FSSC 22000 certification
- Experienced in setting up a factoryEnglish Level
